CCD – Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (Catechesis)
is an association established in Rome in 1562 for the purpose of providing religious education. Its modern usage, often abbreviated CCD, is a religious education program of the Roman Catholic Church, normally designed for children.  There is a counterpart for adults known as the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).

REGISTRATION for the 2016-2017 religious education program will take place on Saturday and Sunday, August 27-28 in the Church Hall.  Saturday: 9:00 am until noon.  Sunday: after 10:00 am Mass until 1:00 pm.  Questions?  Please call Margaret Mattei, DRE, at 203-393-1755.

Fall Office Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, Fridays, 12:30 to 2:30 pm. If you need to come to the office and these hours aren’t convenient, please call and we will arrange to accommodate you. Thank you.

Teachers/Aides needed for next year. If you can volunteer to instruct our students in the Religious Education Program (twice a month), please call Margaret Mattei at 203-530-2808.  It is a rewarding experience to work with the children. (If you have children in the program their registration fee will be waived if you volunteer to teach).
